conversation between VIGA (very irritating grand aunt) and A (myself), a few weeks ago...

VIGA: How long have u been married?

A: 4 years this Dec

VIGA: no children?

A: nope, not yet.

VIGA: why? look at Man (her son)... married for 2 years, already got 2 children

A: (staring blankly at VIGA) Oh, is that so? I wanna see the world first, travelling.. We went to London, Paris, Switzerland, Australia and Thailand as vacation the past 4 years you know.... (with sarcatic undertone and gave her this 'Have Man and wife been to these places?' look while cussing inside... )

i know I can't help myself but sound really bitchy while talking to her.. irritating! What's up with these people? Can ask me why I have no kids! I mean, of course I want lah... Of course there must be a reason why up till now I still haven't conceive yet... Must i tell the whole wide world my problems? Can't they just shut their damn big mouth? Then can compare me with other people some more?!!! Why? Why? Why? Mind your business... and quit telling me how to live myself... i'm sick of you and those pple out there who just don't understand what I'm going through...Instead of encouragement, this is what I get? only those closest to me know how i actually feel inside...well, after this, VIGA stayed away from me and I dun care at all. I don't see why i need to apologize too.

The lesson behind all this is : Don't compare ppl's life. You don't know what's goes on behind the facade.
