I am so glad that hubby is finishing his reservist soon, this friday. It's been quite horrible actually for me, cos he really gotta wake up early and sometimes only reach home by 9 or 10. Last friday, it was 1130pm!!! Anyway, I gotta seek refuge at my mom's in Pasir Ris... no need to cook.. hehehe :) Actually, i shudn't be complaining cos for some guys, they had to camp that entire 3 weeks of reservist and onli comes home on weekends.. so sad rite, expecially if they have wives and children at home... hmm.. count myself lucky cos he can still go home everyday.
So since he been out- serving the nation, I spend my time sleeping, resting, dreaming of BB's nursery and window shopping. luv window shopping and of course, taking down notes of whatever i wanna buy... Been buying BB stuff little by little lah... not many clothes though, cos BB will outgrow his clothes quite fast rite? I'm such a sucker for mothercare products, so i actually bought some stuff at their suntec closing down sale last weekend. And my bro is going melbourne, so I told him to buy some stuff there too... i hope he gets the rite one :)
On Thurs, i spent a wonderful afternoon with one of my best gal frens, Dhalia. The other mommies are all working. Lunch with her at the club, then a pedicure at Flaunt!@Mandarin Hotel then ice cream at Paragon. We talked for hours, mostly mommy talk.. it's always good to hear other mommies' point of view. Made me feel much better. Hey guys! We must meet up soon okie!

How time flies and i'm alreadyin my 26 weeks of pregnancy. My tummy is definitely showing and the Lil' One has been moving in me more times than ever... especially at nite. As the weeks go nearer, I begin to feel more excited about motherhood... the changes that I'll be going through, the changes Hubby be going through... trying my best now to cope with work but as you all know, work is still work.. cannot finish... i feel so tired at times but still gotta persevere... another reason for not updating for such a long time now...
So what's been happening? Hmm...
Had a fantastic CNY holiday. Booked a marina-view room @ Ritz-Carlton Millenia... what a wonderful time there! and the fireworks at nite.. wow! right in front of us! Comfy comfy bed, excellent room service, big big flat screen TV... superb supper... and the bathtub! yes, the bathtub, with unblocked view of marina bay...
Next day, met with gal-frens at vivocity... wah, packed man. Despite the initial difficulties in finding a place to eat for all of us and babies in tow, we managed to find a plc at White Dog Cafe (no pork, no lard)... the food is not bad, esp the cookies and cream milkshake.. it is to die for.. and the babies - all grown up from the last time I saw them- all into "toddler-hood" now. Can't wait for my Lil princess to join all the handsome princes... heh:) U princes, don't bully her okie!
